There’s something about the shift into autumn that makes us crave richer textures, deeper tones, and those small rituals that feel like a reset. This season, we’ve been reaching for products that don’t just work but add a little atmosphere — the kind of staples that feel like slipping into a cashmere jumper or lighting the first candle of the season.
Here’s what the Caviar & Co. team have been loving & bringing into rotation right now.
Violette FR – Plume Lips Whipped Gel-Cream
French makeup artist Violette has become something of a cult figure in the beauty world, and for good reason — her line balances artistry with effortless Parisian cool. The Plume Lip Whipped Gel-Cream formula has been everywhere lately, and after trying it ourselves, we see why. It feels weightless, applies like a dream, and dries down to a blurred velvet finish that looks chic without trying too hard.
If autumn had a colour palette, it would live inside Violette’s Plume Lip collection. The shades are plush, soft-focus, and effortlessly chic.
- Mon Chéri – a classic berry-red with a romantic edge.
- Syrah Fumé – deep, smoky wine that feels made for evenings out.
- Châtaigne Grillée – a toasted chestnut nude, cosy and modern.
The founder has been wearing Châtaigne Grillée nonstop, calling it “the perfect everyday lipstick that still feels dressed up.” Chloe leans towards Mon Chéri when she wants a pop of drama, while Sophia keeps Syrah Fumé in her bag for dinners.
Westman Atelier – Baby Cheeks Blush Stick in Chouchette
Created by Gucci Westman, one of the industry’s most respected makeup artists, Westman Atelier is all about “skin that looks alive.” Her line fuses luxury with skin-loving ingredients, which explains why it’s become a staple in both pro kits and everyday makeup bags. This season, Baby Cheeks in Chouchette is the go-to for that soft peach flush that looks like you’ve just stepped in from the autumn air. Chloe from our team calls it “the perfect balance — not too bright, not too muted.”
RMS Beauty – Lip2Cheek in Spell
Founded by legendary makeup artist Rose-Marie Swift, RMS is all about clean formulas that still deliver performance. Her products have become an insider secret for that “effortless glow” look you always see on red carpets. This shade is autumn in a compact: a muted nude-rose that works on eyes, cheeks, and lips. The founder loves it for monochromatic days — “it’s the product I grab when I don’t want to think but still want to look polished.”
Byre-do has long been the house for cult fragrances, and autumn is the perfect excuse to revisit their moodier blends. Bibliothèque — with plum, leather, and vanilla — makes you feel like you’ve stepped into an old library on a rainy day. Sophia describes it as “comforting and intellectual, in the best way.”
Minimalist, iconic, and instantly recognisable, Aesop is the brand that makes even your bathroom shelf feel elevated. Known for earthy, complex scents and sleek design, their products are almost a ritual in themselves. This autumn, it’s all about the Resurrection Hand Balm — earthy, citrusy, and the kind of product you don’t mind leaving out on your desk. Chloe says she keeps one in her bag at all times: “It’s skincare, but it’s also a little daily luxury.”
Lush always nails seasonal textures and scents. Sticky Dates Shower Gel is the cosiest caramel scent we’ve found, while Honey I Washed The Kids remains a classic for its comforting, sweet warmth. We also love highlighting their Palestinian Watermelon Soap, created to raise donations and awareness — proof that beauty can be both indulgent and purposeful.
