There’s something magnetic about quiet discipline. For Reham Emara, wellness isn’t about transformation—it’s about consistency. Between early-morning workouts, skincare rituals, and evenings spent winding down in soft light, Reham has mastered the art of balance. We sat down with Reham to talk about her everyday rituals—the small habits that shape her confidence, her approach to self-care, and the products she can’t live without.
Her approach to beauty feels grounded, intentional, and effortlessly real—a reminder that sometimes the most powerful routines are the ones that don’t shout for attention. There’s a warmth to her perspective, a sense that beauty and movement can coexist without pressure or perfection. At just 26, Reham Emara possesses the quiet confidence of someone who knows her preferences. Born and raised in England to Egyptian and Tunisian parents, she blends her North African roots with a distinctly London sensibility. A creative director by trade, she brings the same eye for detail to her beauty routine as she does to her work — precise, balanced, and deeply personal.
“Finally, it’s autumn,” she says, smiling as she tucks into a thick knit cardigan. “I’ve been living in these lately — everything feels calmer when the weather turns.”
Her approach to beauty mirrors that same ease: simple, intuitive, and never overdone. Reham doesn’t believe in a twenty-step routine or heavy coverage. Instead, her vanity shelves are lined with quiet heroes — products that do what they say without demanding too much attention.

Inside Her Beauty Products
The La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume is one of them. “It’s honestly saved my skin barrier,” she admits. “It’s so hydrating, I use it morning and night.” For base, she mixes MAC Face and Body with her daily moisturiser — “I don’t like concealer; I just dab the foundation under my eyes, let it sit, and blend it in. It looks more natural that way.”
When she wants warmth, she reaches for the Daniel Sandler Watercolour Bronzer, blending it over her cheeks and forehead for a soft, healthy tint. For a pop of colour, she uses her Maybelline lip liner in ‘Peaking’ — “I use it on my lips, obviously, but I also tap it on my cheeks for that sunburnt, flushed look.”

Then comes her gloss — a Drugstore staple transformed into a signature product. “It’s from Collection UK, and it’s in the shade Watermelon.”
“I like what I like — and sometimes the most aesthetic things aren’t always the ones that work. I just reach for what’s reliable.”
Her brows are brushed up with NYX, which she swears is the best Benefit dupe she’s ever tried — “the pencil for shape, the fluffy one for volume.” She’s a mascara loyalist, too: Chanel Volume. “I’ve tried so many, but nothing beats it. It just makes your eyes look awake.” A quick curl and she’s done.

On her dresser, there’s always a bottle of Avry Beauty lotion, a subtle indulgence she wears like perfume. “I put it on my wrists and neck — people always ask me what scent I’m wearing, but it’s just this cream.” Her current favourite is Moroccan Rose, a blend of rose, tonka bean, musk, essential oils, patchouli, and black pepper.
She alternates it with Himalayan Cedar Leaf, a deeper, more aromatic scent with notes of cardamom, cedar leaf, patchouli, and lemon over a base of grapefruit, jasmine, tonka, and healing wood. “They both feel grounding — one is soft and floral, the other is woody and a little mysterious.”

Into the Shower
Her bathroom shelves tell the same story — practical but pretty. The Nivea Rose Body Wash and Dove Baby Wash are her staples: gentle, hydrating, and affordable. “The Dove one is unscented and perfect — it just leaves my skin soft,” she says. For hair, she trusts Pantene — “the moisture range. It’s simple and works.”
A few serums line the corner of the counter — the Medicube Red Serum is the newest favourite. “It’s light but makes my skin feel so smooth,” she says. And tucked in between the creams and cleansers is a classic Dove deodorant, “one of the best on Amazon — I’ve been using it for years.”

Her daily rituals extend beyond her vanity. Most mornings begin with movement — a quick run or a session at the gym. “It’s my reset,” she says. “It clears my mind.” Afterwards, she often stops by Lark, a small boutique in Clapham that carries many of her favourite body products. “I love going in to browse — even when I don’t buy anything, the scent of the space just makes me feel calm.” For Reham, balance is everything — movement, care, and the little indulgences that make each day feel intentional.
There’s a quiet confidence to Reham’s beauty routine — nothing performative, just consistency, comfort, and care. The way she speaks about her products is the way some people talk about memories: they’re familiar, reliable, part of who she is.
“For me, beauty isn’t about changing how I look,” she says. “It’s about keeping promises to myself — waking up, moving my body, washing my face, showing up.”
And as the evenings get darker, her rituals stay the same — a candle lit, a cardigan pulled close, and the soft hum of another day well-kept.
